Key Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
* Professional certification in HR is advantageous.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role is essential.
* Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
* The ideal candidate must be able to commit to a site-based roster.
