Purpose of the Role

The Body Shop Australia is seeking a Marketing & Product Operations Coordinator to support the Marketing & Product team with administrative, operational, and analytical functions. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, experienced in administrative roles, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning: manage planning tools, timelines, briefs, assets, reporting, and product uploads.
2. Activations: coordinate plans for loyalty programs, events, retail stores, and wholesale partners.
3. Marketing Support: assist with PR activities, brand collaborations, and partnerships.
4. Product Support: support forecasting, sales analysis, and industry trend analysis.
5. Reporting: prepare reports for meetings, brand metrics, category analysis, and competitive insights.
6. Internal Communication: disseminate marketing and product updates to stakeholders.
7. Purchase Order & Budget Tracking: manage PO processes and reconcile marketing budgets.
8. Administrative Support: provide general support to the team as needed.


Key Relationships

Internal: Head of Marketing & Product, Marketing & Product Team, D2C Team, Supply Chain Team, Finance Team.

External: Creative, Media, PR Agencies, Community Groups.


Qualifications & Experience

* Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience in managing projects and timelines.
* Experience in omni-channel marketing and product roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong financial and analytical skills.
