We're on the lookout for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced marketing team based in Southport. This is a 2–3 month temporary role with the potential to start as early as next week.
Following a recent team restructure, we need a strong marketing generalist who’s ready to step in and support day-to-day execution across multiple projects. You'll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Operations Manager, Group Account Manager, and Events Coordinator .
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating and supporting marketing activities across multiple channels.
* Setting up branded stores, hubs, and job expos, including in-school events.
* Managing action items and logistics for marketing initiatives.
* Providing general support across the team where needed – a bit of everything!
This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who’s confident in marketing coordination but not looking to lead strategy. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running and “do the doing” while picking things up as you go.
Who We're Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in a generalist marketing role.
* Organised, adaptable, and willing to jump into a wide variety of tasks.
* Comfortable being out and about on site and working in a hybrid setup.
* Has a valid Blue Card and a national police check (or willing to obtain).
* Open to candidates on working holiday visas.
