With an active and expanding pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to gain broad exposure across landmark developments within a highly professional and collaborative team environment.
This role would suit someone already working in development or a strong performer from a related property discipline looking to step into development and build end-to-end project exposure.
You'll support projects from early feasibility and planning through to construction, delivery and settlement, gaining genuine lifecycle experience on complex, city-shaping developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full development lifecycle across feasibility, planning, design coordination, construction delivery and settlements
* Assist with feasibility modelling, project budgets, cashflows and internal reporting
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, councils and service authorities to maintain program and approvals timeframes
* Support preparation and management of DAs, CCs and planning authority submissions
* Track design development, manage documentation and assist with value management initiatives
* Monitor construction progress, assist with issue resolution and support contract administration
* Prepare internal reports, briefing papers and documentation for senior leadership
* Assist with marketing, sales coordination, purchaser queries and settlement processes

About You
* Experience in an Assistant Development Manager role or a related property discipline such as planning, construction, project management, engineering, or quantity surveying
* Exposure to residential or mixed-use projects
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering or a related field
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Commercially minded, proactive and eager to learn
* A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
