We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of this popular pub. The role involves managing all kitchen operations, from creating menus to overseeing food prep and ensuring kitchen safety. As Head Chef, you will lead a small team and take responsibility for menu planning, stock control, and maintaining high standards of food quality. Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a pub or bistro
