Therapist Role
We deliver specialist therapy services to individuals with disabilities under their NDIS plan. Our team provides support throughout Perth Metro and parts of regional Western Australia, from offices in Canning Vale and Osborne Park.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant qualifications in allied health or behavioral science are necessary for this role.
* Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors is essential.
* The ability to work with children, hold a national police clearance, and have a current driving license is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
* Familiarity with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete assessments, including observations and data collection, to develop behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessments.
* Support individuals with disabilities, their carers, family, and significant others.
* Provide training and support in interventions and strategies outlined in behavior support plans.
* Enable individuals to meet their person-centered goals.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
* Lead a team and support other practitioners.
