We're seeking a skilled Level 2 IT Technician to join our dynamic team, delivering Managed IT support and break/fix solutions to our valued clients.About the RoleAs a Level 2 IT Technician, you'll tackle more complex IT challenges, support our MSP clients with proactive solutions, and provide expert break/fix services both in-store at our Albany location and on-site.
This role is perfect for an experienced technician who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and networking issues.Manage MSP tasks, including server maintenance, network configurations, and cybersecurity measures.Perform complex break/fix repairs, including data recovery and system optimizations.Support clients with cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and virtualization.Mentor Level 1 technicians and escalate issues when needed.Maintain detailed documentation for client systems and support tickets.Build strong client relationships through professional on-site and remote support.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or break/fix environment.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Entra, Active Directory, and networking.Experience with cybersecurity tools and backup solutions.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are highly desirable.Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license for on-site client visits across the region.Great communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.Why Work With Us?
