Australian Outdoor Living are an Australian family-owned company with seven branches nationally offering a diverse range of premium home improvement products to the residential market.
**About The Role**
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Answer the phone promptly and courteously
- Direct callers to appropriate staff and take messages when required
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service provided at all times
- Ensure all areas are maintained in a presentable manner
- Update and edit customer and order details in the database
- Handling and distributing incoming mail and sorting, preparing and posting any outgoing mail daily
- Daily banking & cash handling
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a reception/administration based role and providing a high level of customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry experience and proven ability to multitask on numerous complex tasks
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people from various backgrounds and demographics
