Job Title
You'll be the key point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth experience through the maintenance and service phase. You'll manage service requests across new and existing homes, working with trades, suppliers, supervisors, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
This role offers variety and cross-functional collaboration. You'll support sales teams, manage display homes, company buildings, and assist with general admin operations as needed.
You'll be comfortable using business systems, managing detailed service requests, and following through until every job is completed to a high standard. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisation abilities, and a proactive approach to client service.
