We are located in Campbellfield and have a new purpose-built factory in Kyneton.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead that is looking to join a committed and hardworking team. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily factory operations. This hands-on role involves assisting with machine operation, factory floor coordination, and supporting production workflows while maintaining quality and safety standards.
This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.
Duties included but are not limited to:
· Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards
· Support materials handling, stock control, and workflow coordination on factory floor
· Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain production flow
· Assist in cutting, assembly, and finishing of cabinetry and furniture components
· Communicate with the Operations Manager and other departments to coordinate production schedules and address challenges
· Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members
· Install hinges and caravan latch handles
· Pack orders of board and furniture
· Load and unload trucks and containers

· Cabinet making, coordination, materials handling experience
· Physically fit
· Good Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Fast learner with ability to work with a small team

· Attention to detail and able to multitask
