You will enjoy working as part of a supportive team and look forward to building a career with a well-respected company and gaining experience working on some of the world's premier forklift trucks.What we Offer:Competitive hourly rates + laptop + new facilitiesFree access to over 18,000 learning resources via Linkedin Learning.Discounted gym memberships via Fitness Passport for you and your family.Fully maintained vehicle via Novated Leasing.Free access for you and your family to confidential counselling via EAP.A birthday gift to celebrate you each year.Anniversary bonuses to celebrate your milestones with us.Tasks & Qualifications:What You'll Do:Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues with our advanced LSG equipment.Become familiar with our Linde Service App to receive jobs from our service allocators and log relevant information.Provide various repairs, maintenance and diagnosis on a variety of equipment across various customer sites, ensuring great customer experience and safe repairs.Demonstrate customer service and communication skills while looking after your own customer patch.Be able to assist in repairs of units in the workshop and assist other service techs as required.Participate in our after-hours on call service roster for any after-hour issues in accordance with company policies and industrial agreements.Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts.What You'll Bring:You will have a mechanical background, ideally having worked on forklifts, heavy equipment or automotive.
If you have experience working with hydraulics and/or pneumatics, that's highly desirable.
