Seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ductwork, thermostats, and controls.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and system inspections, providing excellent customer service, accurately documenting work orders, materials used, and recommendations, and working closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routing.
You will also be required to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle, follow safety procedures and company standards at all times, and perform other duties as assigned.
This is a challenging but rewarding position that requires strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of residential or light commercial HVAC Service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical school a plus.
