As a Senior Accountant, you will:
* Prepare accurate financial reports and tax returns for small business clients
* Analyse client data to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and improved financial outcomes
* Manage WIP and client fees, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and minimal write‑offs
* Ensure compliance with ATO lodgements and regulatory obligations
* Report workflow and deliverables to Partners and Managers
* Lead and mentor junior team members to build a high‑performing accounting team
* Leverage MYOB AE and Microsoft Office to optimise financial reporting and client management
* Support a collaborative, client‑focused, and growth‑oriented workplace
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Strong proficiency in MYOB AE, MYOB & Xero
* A CA or CPA qualification (commenced or completed) with 1‑3 years' experience, ideally in public practice
* Hands‑on experience managing client portfolios and delivering high‑quality accounting and taxation services
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
* The ability to work autonomously while supporting a collaborative team environment
