We are looking for an experienced and competent Bartender who can balance a friendly, positive attitude with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with total efficiency.
What You'll Do
* Expert Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks with speed and consistency during peak periods.
* Manage the Flow: Use your experience to handle busy "situations" and high-volume rushes calmly and professionally.
* Tech & Transactions: Confidently use our POS system to process orders and transactions accurately.
* Member Engagement: Provide warm, attentive service that makes our members and guests feel at home.
* Maintain the Standard: Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for action, ensuring all RSA requirements are met.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a busy bar or club environment. You know the ropes and don't need your hand held during a rush.
* A positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet when things get busy.
* Previous experience using POS systems is required.
* A professional team player who shows up ready to go.
* Valid WA RSA and Food Safety certifications are essential.

* Dress Code: We keep it professional and comfortable. You provide black pants and black sneakers/shoes; we provide the FSC Crew T-shirt.
* Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key regatta/event shifts.
