Join a dynamic retirement living team at Fraser Shores Retirement Village in Hervey Bay as a Weekend Coordinator on a permanent part-time basis.
As a key member of the close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient coordination of administration and operational functions on weekends and public holidays.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond to and make critical decisions in individual resident and village emergency situations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries efficiently and effectively.
* Manage general administrative tasks, including updating documents, maintaining records, and preparing communications for residents.
* Address complaints and support an environment where residents experience high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
* Contribute to emergency response procedures, including responding to resident emergency call systems and reporting incidents.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Demonstrated experience in responding to Workplace Health and Safety emergency procedures.
* Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
* A Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services, or Individual Support (highly desirable).
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
* Previous experience in retirement living, seniors' housing, or a related sector is highly regarded.
