The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will maintain the success of our stores by ensuring outstanding customer service and people experiences.
You'll be responsible for managing store operations, building a high-performing team, and leading from the front. This includes coaching, motivating, recruiting, and retaining top talent, as well as ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be accountable for all aspects of store operations
* Enforce a customer-centric environment through a supportive and developmentally focused atmosphere
* Manage performance to ensure results and company standards
* Control rostering and wage management
* Monitor stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimize sales
* Oversee and account for your team
Requirements:
* Previous store management experience
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Rostering and wage control expertise
* Ability to lead and develop a team
* Conflict resolution skills
* Stocktake experience
* Visual merchandising knowledge
