Leadership & Operations:
Deliver physical, operational cost, and capital budgets to maximise operational and project value
Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to optimise production plans and adjust to market dynamics
Monitor and ensure statutory compliance across all sites
Identify and address non-conformances, initiating corrective actions where needed
Performance & Risk Management:
Drive continuous improvement and financial responsibility through robust cost management processes
Meet and exceed operational KPIs by delivering measurable improvements
Budget & Financial Accountability:
Ensure contractors deliver maximum value and accountability to the business
Culture & Workforce Engagement:
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure clear communication of targets and strategies to the workforce
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in leading the management of complex minerals processing and mining operations, including managing multiple sites simultaneously.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in a Senior Executive management role is required, with proficiency in managing relationships and building networks.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Mining, Site Senior Executive certificate, and Unrestricted Quarry Manager or First Class Manager (Desirable).
