Are you a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a background in consulting and deep experience in energy distribution and the National Electricity Market (NEM)? We're seeking a BA who can hit the ground running to support a major reform initiative impacting the electricity distribution network.

THE ROLE:
This is a strategic and delivery-focused role within a leading energy distributor. You will work alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems, processes, and business operations are aligned with regulatory reforms tied to the evolving NEM framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis activities across projects linked to energy market reform
* Translate regulatory and policy changes into business and system requirements
* Collaborate with technical teams and external consultants to shape solution design
* Conduct impact assessments on current-state systems and processes
* Develop detailed business requirements, process maps, and gap analyses
* Facilitate workshops with regulatory bodies, IT, operations, and business SMEs
* Support end-to-end delivery from analysis through implementation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including significant exposure to NEM or energy distribution projects.
* Strong consulting background, with proven ability to work in complex stakeholder environments.
* Deep understanding of energy regulatory frameworks and how reforms impact operational systems.
* Exceptional communication skills - able to influence and build relationships across all levels.
* Experience with business process reengineering and change impact assessments.
* Exposure to systems integration and implementation projects in the energy sector.
