HR Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Perth, Western Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to be part of a dynamic team that is delivering a large-scale infrastructure project.
About the Role
* Provide consistent and compliant HR advice to line managers across operational areas
* Build strong, practical partnerships with operational leaders to support successful project delivery
* Manage accurate information on the HRIS and provide reports and data analysis across a range of HR metrics
* Partner with managers on providing advice on all employment relations matters
* Support organisational design and workforce planning activities and work with recruitment team to onboard required personnel in a timely manner
* Provide support to Recruitment and L&D Advisors as required
This role will require you to work closely with our operations team, including line managers, operational leaders and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

What You Will Bring
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
* Experience in a HR Advisor role within the construction, engineering or mining sector (or similar industry)
* Strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
* Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
* Demonstrated ability to sensitively, confidentially and fairly manage people issues
