With beauty retail expertise that is second to none, you will drive the store and the team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results, and engaging customer experience.Your Role In a NutshellAssistant Manager: With your high levels of enthusiasm for our brand and belief in the way we do business you will share responsibility with the Store Manager to drive the store and team to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience – Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the store manager.
Oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, while maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor.
Lead and drive a customer-focused store experience.
Help develop consumer loyalty and brand awareness for The Body Shop.Delivery – Possess retail-related beauty expertise and the ability to learn and use internal systems, analyze performance, and manage the commercial side of the store.
Monitor and manage change, help control and meet sales/performance targets, and coordinate between customers, the team and the manager.
