Videographer / Video Editor (Full-Time Subcontract)
Location: Port Melbourne (In-Office)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Engagement: Full-time subcontract

RS Rewards is one of Australia's fastest-growing rewards and promotions companies, creating high-impact content seen by millions across social media. We're looking for a talented and driven Video Editor / Videographer to join our in-house content team.
This role is ideal for someone who is either a strong editor or a hybrid shooter/editor. If you're an editor who can cut engaging, high-performing content — and are keen to grow your filming skills — we still want to hear from you. Camera experience is preferred, but not essential.
This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Port Melbourne office, working Monday to Friday.
What You'll Be Doing
* Editing short-form and long-form video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, ads, etc.)
* Working with existing footage as well as in-house shoots
* Filming content in-house and on location (if experienced and confident)
* Collaborating closely with our marketing and creative team
* Managing projects, footage, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Contributing creative ideas to improve content quality and performance
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a video editor (videography experience is a plus)
* Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
* Good understanding of social media content and trends
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
* Reliable, organised, and proactive
* Comfortable working in-office, Monday to Friday
Must-Haves
* Strong video editing skills

* Australian work rights
* Portfolio or examples of previous editing work
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* Camera operation and on-set filming experience
* Experience shooting social media or branded content
* Basic lighting and audio knowledge
