You will also be required to offer expert knowledge of the airport precinct, answer queries about amenities and services, and ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to airport visitors.
* Greet and welcome customers, offering professional valet services.
* Attend to customer needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Offer expert knowledge of the airport precinct, answering queries about amenities and services.
* Collect and label keys accurately, ensuring efficient vehicle return.
* Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
* Organise paperwork related to customer transactions.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Previous customer experience.
* A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* A full manual VIC Drivers Licence and clean driving record.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
