The Opportunity Based in Kalgoorlie WA, we are seeking a passionate, experienced Sales Manager to lead our Kalgoorlie team and take our regional WA customer experience to the next level. As the new Sales Manager, you're not just managing a store—you're making a difference. You'll lead a dedicated team, connect with the local community, and empower customers with products that truly improve lives.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a high achieving sales team of 4 across regional WA
* Spending around 60% of your time coaching in the field, supporting and developing BDM capability
* Growing a portfolio that spans across assistive technology and medical devices
* Building strategic partnerships with key accounts — including hospitals, nursing homes, retail customers and other healthcare professionals
* Supporting clients with protocols, product education, training sessions, clinical events and initiatives that drive business growth
* Reviewing regional performance, tracking competitor activity and analysing trends within the assistive technology sector
* Delivering national sales and brand initiatives regionally with precision and consistency
* Collaborating with marketing, medical and training teams to deliver customer centric solutions
* Providing timely and accurate forecasting, reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership
What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership experience within sales, ideally in assistive technology, capital equipment or medical devices
* Strong understanding of how medical facilities operate and the levers that influence revenue and growth
* A history of inspiring, coaching and elevating field based sales teams
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data, insights and healthcare metrics
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, influential relationships
* Proactive, solution focused approach and strong internal stakeholder management
* Willingness to travel regularly across regional WA
