Are you passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals? Do you have an eye for detail and a strong understanding of credit and lending? We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Business Manager to join our growing team.
As our Business Manager, you'll be the vital link between our financial partners and guests, guiding them through the finance and insurance process and helping them secure the right solution for their needs. You'll evaluate creditworthiness, present finance options, and ensure every step is handled with care, accuracy, and compliance.
Day to day you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:
* Attending to guests in and out of the dealership providing exceptional guest service
* Present finance and insurance options to guests including offering all products 100% of the time
* Work with our sales team to find opportunities within our database
* Source finance approvals through our lenders
* To be professional in presentation, interpersonal skills and selling skills
* Ensure all sales and finance administrative processes are correctly and accurately completed according to dealership policy and process
* Work in line with the Toyota Sales & Guest Development Process
* Be a key member of the Sales Team, leading by example at all time
To be successful in the role you will need:
* Exceptional guest service, communication, and phone skills
* Strong administrative, computer, and organisational abilities
* A proactive, can-do attitude with initiative and self-motivation
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Confidence under pressure, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Leadership capability and a genuine desire to make people feel valued
* Experience in a finance and insurance role.
* Sound understanding of the retail Automotive, Finance and Insurance industry
* To hold current accreditations for all relevant legislation, regulation and industry codes
This is a full time, 5 day per week position (most Saturdays will be required). A competitive remuneration, company car & commission structure will be offered to the successful applicant.
