About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Regional Council, providing critical frontline support to the community. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, processing applications, handling payments, and coordinating with internal departments.

* Respond to inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and accuracy

* Process service requests and applications across council systems
\
* Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records

* Navigate multiple systems confidently to resolve enquiries

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Previous Government experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
\
* A strong ability to navigate systems and manage high volumes of work
\
* Proven customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
\
* A high attention to detail and accuracy in a process-driven environment
