We are seeking a skilled sales representative to join our team in Tasmania.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position responsible for the sale and distribution of our products to licensed premises throughout a defined territory in the North of the State (Launceston, Devonport and surrounding suburbs).
The successful candidate will have strong existing relationships with key accounts and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow retail accounts and increase exposure in the on-premise channel.
* Manage business relationships with key stakeholders, including IBA TAS and sub-banner groups.
* Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
* Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years wine industry or beverage experience/knowledge.
* At least 3 years successful sales and negotiations with FMCG products.
* Well-developed territory management and business planning practices.
* A positive, solution-seeking attitude with excellent communication skills and customer focus.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at trade level (both retail and on-premise accounts).
