We're currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales professional to join a premium brand within the architectural flooring sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong track record in high-end residential flooring sales who's ready to take the next step in their career.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a client-facing role where you'll actively develop and manage relationships across the Melbourne high-end residential and architectural design market. You'll be working with a portfolio of premium flooring products that are sought-after by architects, designers, and discerning homeowners.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow market share
* Actively seeking out and securing new business within the luxury residential and architectural space
* Managing a territory and conducting regular face-to-face meetings with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers
* Providing technical product guidance and design support tailored to each project
* Attending industry events and representing the brand at trade shows and design exhibitions
* Overseeing projects from specification to completion to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a motivated and professional salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. You will bring:
* 2–3+ years of experience selling flooring or interior surface products, specifically into the high-end residential market
* Strong background in on-the-road sales and territory management
* Demonstrated ability to prospect, build, and close new business opportunities
* A genuine interest in design, architecture, and interior spaces
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with industry professionals
* A consultative sales style with a passion for delivering tailored solutions
