Structural Engineer
About the Role
* Asset Integrity Management: Monitor, assess, and maintain the structural integrity of the NWS Offshore platforms
* Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement structural maintenance strategies, inspection schedules, and repair programs
* Technical Support: Provide engineering advice during shutdowns, turnarounds, and unplanned maintenance events
* Risk Assessment: Conduct structural risk evaluations, recommend mitigation measures, and forward plan
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated solutions, engaging relevant stakeholders to deliver the best outcome
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* 15+ years' experience in structural engineering within the Oil & Gas offshore industry
* Strong knowledge of offshore structural codes (ISO, DNV, API)
* Experience with inspection, maintenance, and repair of offshore steel structures
* Familiarity with Structural Integrity Management Systems
