Camplify Holdings Limited (CHL): is a global adventure travel technology company. Formed in 2021 we have three travel brands: Camplify, PaulCamper and MyWay.
Camplify: was founded in Newcastle, Australia, in 2015, and is a peer-to-peer van-sharing platform operating across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Spain. It has been identified as one of Australia's fastest-growing companies, placing #9 in the AFR's Fast and #4 in AFR's Most Innovative Companies
PaulCamper: another peer-to-peer van-sharing platform, was founded in Germany in 2013 and has since expanded to Austria, the Netherlands and the UK. PaulCamper was acquired by CHL Group in 2022 and continues to operate from its HQ in Berlin.
MyWay: provides a suite of insurance products to RV owners and hirers, giving them the confidence to fully engage with CHL Group's peer-to-peer platforms.

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, the Marketing Graduate will be involved in, but not limited to, the following key areas:
* Project Management
* Keeping projects on track and up to date using our project management systems.
* Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met across all global markets.
* Coordinate marketing work across internal and external teams to manage projects and tasks
* Maintain the marketing calendar and marketing tasks
* Content Creation & Support:
* Assist in the development and execution of engaging digital content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, video scripts) optimised for various platforms and target audiences.
* Research industry trends, competitor activities, and keyword opportunities to inform content strategy.
* Support the maintenance and optimization of website content using our Content Management System (CMS).
* Social Media Marketing:
* Contribute to the planning, scheduling, and execution of organic social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
* Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and identify emerging trends.
* Assist in analyzing social media performance and generating reports.
* Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Support:
* Support the Digital Marketing Manager in keyword research and analysis for SEO and PPC campaigns.
* Assist in monitoring and optimising Google Ads campaigns, including ad copy creation and bid adjustments.
* Learn and apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
* Email Marketing Support:
* Assist in the creation, segmentation, and deployment of email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotional offers, automated sequences).
* Support A/B testing of email elements to optimize performance.
* Website Analytics & Reporting:
* Utilise tools like Google Analytics to track website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
* Assist in generating regular reports on key digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
* Contribute to data-driven decision-making for ongoing campaign optimization.
* Digital Advertising Support:
* Provide support for various paid digital advertising initiatives, including display ads, native advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
* Market Research & Analysis:
* Conduct research on target audiences, market trends, and competitor digital strategies within the tourism tech landscape.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with the wider marketing team, product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for digital growth.
Job Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, recently completed.
* Passion for Marketing: Demonstrated interest in and understanding of marketing principles, trends, and online technologies.
* Digital Savvy: Familiarity with various digital platforms and tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling copy.
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and draw actionable insights.
* Proactive & Eager to Learn: A self-starter with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and cross-functionally.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and able to troubleshoot issues independently.
* Bonus Points (but not essential):
* Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing.
* Basic understanding of CMS systems and Google AI tools.
* Familiarity with project management tools (eg: Asana, Confluence, Monday)
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM..
* Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Knowledge of the tourism or travel industry.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to investigate and problem solve
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
