**About Your Role**
As a valued member of our Projects team, you will join us on a 12-month fixed term contract (potential view to extend), focusing on coordinating the administrative tasks across our global projects.
You will provide significant impact on the deliverables of our projects, specifically across two business streams and working with up to multiple project managers simultaneously, your organisational skills and passion for helping others will be highly valuable.
You will show close attention to detail as you juggle multiple stakeholders at one time, ensuring that all requirements are met and no task is left behind.
- Provide administrative support for multiple projects across our software Product and Bid teams
- Data Management for each project including correspondence and project documents
- Coordinate the preparation, quality assurance, registration, and delivery of project documents for multiple stakeholders
- Assistance with the production of regular reporting and metrics
- Coordinating travel bookings across the team (both domestic and international)
**How About You?**
Proven experience in a Business or Office Administration role, ideally within a complex environment
A natural ability to build strong stakeholder management relationships
Ideally proficiency is MS Office with SharePoint (bonus but not must have) Strong ability to maintain high accuracy and meticulousness
Ability to coordinate and manage competing priorities
Ability to work in a team and willing to help out where needed
