About the Role
We have an amazing in-house marketing team who generate high volumes of leads every week. The Property Consultant's role starts with calling clients/booking meetings, meeting the clients and ends with contract signing.
Who We're Looking For
* Proven sales experience in real estate, with a strong track record of success.
* Relevant industry-standard certificates or license.
* The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
As a Property Consultant, you will
* Make high volumes of warm & cold calls (mostly warm leads).
* Attend and qualify leads by meeting clients, where you will present tailored investment property options.
* Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager.
* Develop rapport and get to know the client and find out about their goals and vision for the future.
* Be responsible for relationship management, assisting your clients through the decision‐making process, and follow‐up communication to foster a long‐term relationship both pre and post sales.
* Seek referrals and network to grow your own suite of clients.
