The business is known for its strong relationships across the advice and institutional landscape and is now investing further into Private Wealth and key adviser channels across Victoria and South Australia.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a proven Senior BDM based in Melbourne to help grow and manage relationships across both the IFA and Private Wealth sectors in VIC and SA. This role is well-suited to someone who understands the nuances of institutional-grade investing while being passionate about supporting advisers in delivering best-in-class client outcomes.
With a number of flagship funds on key platforms and high conviction lists, they are well-positioned for further growth. Backed by a collaborative, high-performance culture and a deep investment bench, this is a standout opportunity in the market.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with financial advisers, dealer groups, private wealth firms, and researchers across VIC and SA
- Drive flows across a suite of high-conviction investment strategies
- Engage private banks and family office channels to expand footprint within the HNW segment
- Partner with the Southern Regional Manager to execute key regional growth initiatives
- Represent a respected investment brand with a strong legacy and ambitious future
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or account management within financial services
- Strong understanding of the Australian funds management landscape
- Success managing relationships across IFA, dealer group, and private wealth channels
- Technical investment knowledge and an ability to speak credibly across multiple asset classes
- Experience dealing with private banks and high-net-worth advisory businesses
- RG146 preferred
- A growth mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and passion for client outcomes
