To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality, Health, or Social Science
* Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated success in managing operations to achieve outstanding care outcomes and financial growth
* Exceptional leadership experience in managing operations in a customer-driven industry
* Exceptional relationship management skills leading to high levels of community engagement
* Demonstrated experience in change management, quality systems, and compliance
* Capacity to implement new models of care in a complex operating environment
* Demonstrated understanding and commitment to resident-directed care
