Working closely with the CFO as part of a talented finance team, this broad role will see you:
* Lead the growth and performance of the finance team (seven people)
* Provide support and regularly assist the leadership team and board
* Drive ASX reporting and market interface
* Produce timely and accurate management and regulatory reports
* Ensure tax compliance and manage audit relationships
* Drive the budget and forecast process
* Oversee AP, Payroll, and fixed asset management
* Strengthen systems, risk management and finance processes
* Partner with the Group Treasurer and Head of Data Analytics as needed
Reporting experience within an ASX environment will complement your proven leadership experience. You may have commenced your career within a chartered environment, are looking to step out of an Audit Senior Manager/Director role where you have a financial services focus, or perhaps you are in an FC role with ASX reporting experience.
You will be confident towards leading your team and solving problems, which will see you thrive as you work towards your next role as a CFO. Financial services AND ASX experience will be essential.
Hybrid work environment and circa $200k plus super and incentives are on offer.
