Marketing Intelligence Leadership Role
Job Description:
This position involves leading the design and execution of data-driven strategies to uncover performance drivers and drive business growth. The successful candidate will leverage advanced analytics, AI, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership to transform how media and marketing decisions are made.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing best-practice data infrastructure, security, and ingestion processes
* Collecting, cleaning, modelling, and automating data from multiple sources
* Delivering insights and visualizations that support performance tracking, media investment, budgeting, and audience optimization
* Supporting client onboarding and new business pitches with data-led strategy and analytics frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Background in technology
* Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
* Experience in applying analytical methodologies including econometrics
* Experience in applying analytics to paid media, the Google Marketing Stack, and other third-party measurement
* Strong understanding of web and app data architectures
* Experience in project management or management consulting
* Familiarity with marketing mix modelling, attribution methods, and marketing incrementality testing
* Interest in leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance insights, automate workflows, or improve decision-making
* Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Cloud Computing, PowerBI, and web marketing tech stacks
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Management Consulting, or related field
