What you will be doing:
* Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our experienced chefs
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
* Learn and apply safe food handling and hygiene practices
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods
* Participate in menu development and creative culinary projects
* Embrace the opportunity for career progression within the culinary field
What you will bring:
* Enthusiasm for food and a strong desire to pursue a career as a Chef
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skill
* A key part of your learning and development is the requirement to attend TAFE (Ourimbah Campus) one day per week commencing in 2026
* We are a Club that operates all year round, nights, weekends and public holidays will be a requirement of this position
