As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading a passionate sales team, developing strategies to boost sales and gross profit, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Inspire and lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Provide hands-on support on the sales floor and engage directly with customers
What They\'re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in retail sales or similar environments
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering excellence
- Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics retail is essential
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in a second language is highly valued
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required
