As a Senior Educator, you will lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading your own room and developing high-quality educational programs
* Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
You will also be responsible for:
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all children
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
This role requires strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team, share ideas, and contribute to the growth and development of our Centre.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
