About the Role
We're seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our growing team and lead the charge on specialised modular construction projects.
* Yatala-based and site-based roles, including Palen Creek QLD and Far North Queensland region
* Initial 6-month contract
* Commencing early 2026

In this dynamic role, you'll manage all aspects of on‑site operations—from coordinating subcontractors and tradespeople to ensuring safety, quality, schedules, and budgets are met. You'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality modular solutions across multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead construction teams on site, monitor schedules, and report on progress
* Review project specifications and advise on construction methodology
* Organise materials, equipment, subcontractors, and direct labour
* Oversee subcontractor scope of works and daily operations
* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual documents
* Drive safety culture and always ensure implementation of procedures
About You
* Comprehensive understanding of the building industry
* Ideally experienced in modular or transportable buildings
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, Australian Standards, and site safety regulations
* Skilled in coordinating subcontractors and tradespeople
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Safety‑focused leader who delivers projects on time and within budget
