Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: Permanent, Full timeRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VICWhat will your day look like?As a Risk Reporting Manager, you are responsible for:Under the direction of the Governance & Reporting Delivery Manager, supporting the management of the squad’s services and prioritising delivery as appropriate.Building a strong relationship with key internal stakeholders for input and communications.Gathering and interpreting risk data including controls, assessment results, metrics and risks to develop data-driven key messages and insights to facilitate actions and decision across Group Technology.Providing advice on risk, compliance, governance, controls and related information.Preparation of exemplary reporting for committees and forums, including Board Risk and Audit Committees, DBTC, OREC, TRMC and various Risk Management Forums while ensuring compliance with internal reporting requirements.Providing secretariat support to Group Technology’s Executive Management for interactions with relevant risk committees, Boards and sub-committees including managing and monitoring actions assigned to Group Technology.Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk culture and awareness within Group Technology.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:High level written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and organisational planning skills with a focus on quality, accuracy and timeliness.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently and build trusted relationships to influence outcomes. Strong self-management and discipline, ability to plan and prioritise to deliver the best outcome, delivering within set timeframes and agreed standards autonomously.Effective analytical skills with strong capability to use information to identify key issues, compare data, understand trends and draw insights for consumption by executives, the Boards, sub-committees and regulators.Experience in risk management or assurance related roles with I.AM framework knowledge will be highly regarded.Good understanding of regulation such as CPS220, 234, 230, etc. and consequent obligations management.You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
