About Us
We are Zambrero, Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We serve tasty burritos, bowls, nachos and tacos filled with homemade guac and other goodies. Our restaurants are open day and night, allowing you to balance work, school and play. For every bowl or burrito bought, we donate one meal to someone in need through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.
What you'll do
* Manage the team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering and resolving employee issues such as grievances.
* Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.
* Order stock from suppliers.
* Perform office administration duties: paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and policy review.
* Compile, prepare and maintain profit and loss statements, budgets and cost controls related to cost of goods and labour.
* Manage daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room and general restaurant.
* Ensure safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety.
