Store Manager Northlands (Fixed Term to Jan 2027)
As the Store Manager, you will be Pandora’s ambassador, fully immersing yourself in our brand, culture and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and lead a team including an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants.

* Utilise your expertise across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and ongoing talent development.
* Must be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
* Demonstrate a results-oriented leadership style with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
* Communicate with care and clarity, connecting with people at all levels of the organisation.
* Apply strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
* Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams with succession planning and internal mobility.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
