Role Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring our valued clients receive world class service with your experience in property management, understanding of effective management and unparalleled professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of around ******* properties with strong administration support.
Working with the state-of-the-art Ailo platform, managing your clients and your day will have never been easier for you.
Ensure that we continue to have a fun and vibrant office environment.
Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance and adherence to licensing and company policies across your portfolio.
Develop an ability to identify new business opportunities that benefit both the client and our group of companies - and be rewarded for doing so
Qualifications
At least 2 years' experience in Property Management required.
A valid driver's licence.
A valid Property Management registration in WA.
Knowledge of the Perth real estate market.
High performer who is self-motivated and goal orientated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required and any experience with Ailo will be very highly regarded.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
