The opportunity
At EY, we're building the next generation of technology-enabled claims organisations. In this role, you'll work with leading insurers to modernise claims through core platform transformation, digital workflow, AI, integration and data‐driven solutions. You'll contribute to large‐scale transformation programs, combining hands‐on solution delivery with workstream leadership and stakeholder engagement, depending on level.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver future‐state claims solutions across the end‐to‐end claims lifecycle, including FNOL, assessment, settlement, recovery and subrogation
* Perform and oversee business analysis and solution design, including requirements, process models, user stories and functional specifications
* Support and lead implementation of claims core platforms, with a strong focus on Guidewire ClaimCenter and its ecosystem
* Design and drive digital workflow, rules and automation to improve claims efficiency and customer outcomes
* Identify, shape and deliver AI‐enabled claims use cases such as intelligent triage, straight‐through processing, document ingestion and decision support
Skills And Attributes For Success
* Experience in General Insurance claims transformation, gained in consulting, insurer or system integrator environments
* Strong hands‐on experience with claims core systems, particularly Guidewire ClaimCenter, including implementations or upgrades
* Understanding of AI, automation and data‐driven claims concepts, with the ability to translate ideas into practical technology solutions
* Experience designing and working within modern claims technology ecosystems, including workflow, integrations and analytics
* Consulting experience (Big 4 or boutique), with the ability to manage stakeholders and, at Manager level, lead technology‐focused workstreams
