About the Company & the Role Join this incredible Melbourne founded financial services company where your hard work will be noticed! Working in a small team you will provide customer service support and administration assistance to customers, Sales, Compliance and Accounts team as well as the wider business from time to time. Duties Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing after sales support to customers Manage shared email inboxes efficiently, ensuring all queries are addressed and actioned in a timely manner. Deliver broad administrative assistance across Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other business functions. Maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative, sales, and operational processes. Support day-to-day office and business activities, including ad hoc tasks as required. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and relevant government policies in all activities. Support other states on State based public holidays on a roster basis. Skills & Experience 2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, sales support, administration or team assistant roles. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Experience in customer service and/or stakeholder management. Intermediate numerical and mathematical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and streamlining processes.
