Job Description
Join ourVictorian Real Estate Management Services team and accelerate your success in adynamic, team-based environment. Based in Chadstone, you'll manage a national industrial and commercial office portfolio, supported by a Senior Property Manager and Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the portfolio.
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure lease compliance.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reports (financial, arrears, maintenance, etc.).
* Coordinate CAPEX and ad hoc building works and services.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in commercial or industrial property management.
* Strong financial acumen and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Ability to manage lease administration and compliance.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
