Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

We are currently seeking exceptional administrative professionals to join our team and provide key support to our Medical Workforce team.
This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full-Time/Part-Time, Fixed-Term Full-Time/Part-Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/04/2026.
As a Medical Workforce Support Officer, you will provide administrative support and assistance to the Manager Medical Workforce, Senior Medical Workforce Officers, and Medical Workforce Officers. You will also undertake administrative functions for the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group's Medical Workforce team related to onboarding, compliance monitoring, governance, rotational allocations, and reception.
