The Sheriff's Office Enforcements Team is a specialist unit that carries out the execution of outstanding warrants or orders issued by the courts.
This team performs tasks such as serving documents, wheel clamping, number plate removal, property seizure and delivery orders, and the seizure and sale of property to recover outstanding debts in circumstances where debtors have failed to make payment.
This is an opportunity to join a dedicated operational team and make a positive contribution to the Western Australian justice system.
 * Carrying out the enforcement of civil, criminal process and transport services.
 * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including law enforcement agencies to facilitate the enforcement process.
 * Coordinating the execution and service of Fines Enforcement and court processes and liaising with all interested parties to facilitate the enforcement of those processes.
