Job Title: Customer Advisor
This role is based in our Yarrawonga branch, working 5 days a week from Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 9:00am – 5:15pm.
As a customer advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way.
* Assist customers to identify suitable products and services including account opening, lending and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure.
