**/ WHS services** across a broad range of job functions including:
- COORDINATION OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
- IMPLEMENTATION OF OH&S, FATIGUE & RAIL SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
- TRAINING
- COMPLIANCE - PPE, INDUCTION, TRAINING, POLICIES
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- TOOLBOX TALKS
- AUDITS & INVESTIGATIONS
At a high level, you'll be providing strategic information and advice to the HR and Management team on common-sense initiatives thus a solution-orientated and customer-first attitude is essential.
Also, essential will be:
- Previous SAFETY Coordinator experience within an ISO 45001 or AS4801 environment
- Extensive knowledge of OH&S legislation, codes of best practice and Australian Standards including an appreciation of risk management and quality assurance principles
- Degree/Diploma qualified in WHS at a minimum
To succeed in this role, you will require solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with sound problem-solving skills.
